Enterprise Investors to sell Scitec Nutrition to Ascendis Health
Warsaw, 24 May 2016 — Polish Enterprise Fund VII (PEF VII), a private equity fund managed by Enterprise Investors, together with its minority co-investors (including Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners), have signed an agreement to sell a 100% stake in Scitec Nutrition, a leading European sports nutrition producer, to Ascendis Health, a South African publicly listed health and care brands company.

Enterprise Investors supports IPO of XTB
Warsaw, 27 April 2016 — X-Trade Brokers (XTB), a leading European financial brokerage house, announced yesterday that it has completed an IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). Polish Enterprise Fund VI (PEF VI), a private equity fund managed by Enterprise Investors (EI), is a minority shareholder in XTB.

Enterprise Investors acquires Noriel
Bucharest, 14 April 2016 — Polish Enterprise Fund VII, a private equity fund managed by Enterprise Investors, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of shares in Noriel Group, the largest toys and games retailer in Romania. The sellers are the Constantinescu family, Noriel’s founding entrepreneurs, and Balkan Accession Fund, a private equity fund advised by Axxess Capital.

Enterprise Investors to invest in SMT Software Services and create Polish software solution leader
Warsaw, 17 September 2015 — Polish Enterprise Fund VII, a private equity fund managed by Enterprise Investors, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of shares in a software house SMT Software Services, in a carve-out transaction from SMT SA. Enterprise Investors plans to merge SMT Software Services with its portfolio company BLStream in order to create the industry’s largest player from Poland.
