Patricia J. Leahy

Patricia J. Leahy is a strategic business leader with 25+ years’ experience. She has advised on M&A and cross-border transactions at UBS in London and Frankfurt, led a USD 160 million business unit in the corporate sector and held senior investor relations roles for small- to large-cap public companies. Patricia has also aligned investors behind more than USD 7 billion in capital raises, guided IPOs, navigated activist campaigns and supported exits. Most recently, as VP at Nasdaq-listed Benefitfocus, she steered investor relations, ESG and a startup accelerator. She currently serves as Chair of Build Carolina, supporting South Carolina’s innovation ecosystem and technology workforce development.
