Enterprise Investors injects additional EUR 12 million into Polish healthcare platform Unity Care

Warsaw, February 27, 2026 — Enterprise Investors Fund IX will make a follow-on investment in Unity Care, a nationwide outpatient healthcare network in Poland. Just 14 months after the company’s launch, Enterprise Investors (EI) is committing an additional EUR 12 million to support Unity Care’s next phase of growth. The funding will finance further acquisitions and new investments, accelerating the execution of the company’s ambitious expansion strategy.

Since December 2024, Unity Care has invested nearly EUR 50 million in Poland’s healthcare sector to consolidate and modernize outpatient clinics while building a nationwide network. From the outset, EI’s goal has been to create a profitable group focused on delivering medical services outside Poland’s largest metropolitan areas without compromising accessibility or quality of care. Today, Unity Care includes nearly 50 facilities organized into four clusters across six voivodeships in Poland.

The new capital will enable the company to continue expanding and integrating acquired businesses, diversify its services and further improve patient care. The funds will also support investments in clinic infrastructure and an operational efficiency program, including process standardization and further development of IT systems. Unity Care is actively evaluating additional acquisition opportunities and steadily expanding its footprint across Poland.

“The company is building a platform that is well positioned to become one of the leading providers of outpatient healthcare in Poland. By increasing our capital commitment, we aim to accelerate market consolidation and provide Unity Care with the resources to pursue add-on acquisitions and broaden its service offering,” said Bartosz Kwiatkowski, partner at Enterprise Investors and lead on the investment.

“We have a clear plan: to build regional leaders and integrate new facilities quickly. This approach allows us to grow in a structured way, raise patient service standards and effectively execute our acquisition-driven growth strategy,” added Artur Krawczyk, CEO of Unity Care.

Enterprise Investors is one of the largest private equity players in Central and Eastern Europe. Active since 1990, the firm has raised ten funds. These have invested and committed EUR 2.4 billion in 161 companies, completing 142 exits.
