In December 2024 EI committed up to EUR 25 million for the consolidation and modernization of outpatient medical facilities in Poland’s towns and mid-sized cities.

The aim is to create a viable and profitable business while providing good patient access and high-quality medical services.

The project began with the acquisition of NZOZ Śródmieście – Biały Kamień, a clinic in Wałbrzych, western Poland, that provides primary care and specialized consultations to the local community at its two facilities. The network is being expanded by the acquisition of further clinics elsewhere in the country. These will continue to serve patients as before, while gradually modernizing their infrastructure and IT systems as well as extending the range of services offered to patients.
